Lichen (ruber) planus may affect also flexural skin, here seen in inguinal region. The patient had the same symptoms also in the armpit (previous picture) and on occipital skin. One week of therapy with a potent topical corticosteroid eliminated itching and inflammatory signs, but the dark colour remains for some months.
